Walker S2 is UBTECH's full-size industrial humanoid and the robot behind what the company calls the world's first mass delivery of humanoids — shipping hundreds of units from November 2025 into automotive, electronics, logistics, and data-center work. Its headline feature is a dual-battery system that lets the robot autonomously walk to a swap station and change its own pack in about three minutes, enabling round-the-clock operation. It carries 52 degrees of freedom, lifts 15 kg across a 0–1.8 m workspace with a ±162° rotating waist, sees through a pure-RGB binocular stereo-vision head, and runs UBTECH's Co-Agent and BrainNet 2.0 dual-loop AI for task planning and multi-robot coordination. UBTECH reports more than 800 million yuan (about $112M) in cumulative Walker-series orders and is scaling toward 5,000 units a year in 2026; there is no public unit price, so the figure shown is an industry estimate.

UBTECH is one of the earliest humanoid pure-plays and China's most prominent listed humanoid company (Hong Kong-listed since 2023). Its Walker S series works on automotive and electronics lines with partners including BYD, NIO, Geely, FAW-Volkswagen, and Foxconn. In November 2025 it began what it calls the world's first mass delivery of full-size industrial humanoids with the Walker S2, and reports more than 800 million yuan (about US$112M) in cumulative Walker-series orders. In its first-half 2026 results, full-size humanoid revenue jumped roughly 1,445% year over year to RMB 590.3M — becoming the group's single largest revenue line (about 47%, up from 6%) on 921 full-size humanoids sold — as the company targets 10,000 full-size units for the year.
