Can I actually buy a humanoid robot today?+
You can absolutely shop for one. Almost every unit in our catalog is either in limited pilot, prototype, or announced status — which is exactly why the Add-to-Cart button on each product page is disabled and marked 'hopefully coming soon.' When our fulfillment goes live, this FAQ will change. Until then, you can compare, save, and get on the waitlist.
How is TheHumanoidStore priced compared to buying direct from the maker?+
The MSRP shown on each product page reflects the maker's own aspirational pricing. When we start taking orders, our price will match or beat the direct price — the difference is that you'll be able to price and configure across every humanoid on the market from a single cart.
Which humanoid should I buy for my warehouse?+
For active tote-handling in a real fulfillment center today, Agility's Digit is the most deployed option. For general manufacturing tasks, Figure 02, Apollo, and UBTECH Walker S1 are all in credible pilots. Use the Compare page to line them up on payload, runtime, and status.
Which humanoid should I buy for my home?+
Home-first units are the newest and least deployed category. 1X NEO Gamma, Optimus Home, NEURA 4NE-1, and Unitree R1 are the four announced. None are shipping to consumers yet. Reserving early is currently the only way to guarantee an early unit.
Do you offer financing?+
When Add-to-Cart flips on, yes — every product page will include a per-month financing calculator (36 or 60 months) alongside outright purchase. Robots-as-a-Service pricing will be available for the industrial units already offered that way by their makers.
Do you offer warranty and service?+
Every purchase will include a first-year manufacturer warranty pass-through plus an optional extended TheHumanoidStore warranty. Service is coordinated through the maker's authorized network.
Can I return a humanoid?+
Consumer units will ship with a 30-day return window. Industrial and research units are non-returnable once commissioned, per each maker's terms. Every product page will surface the specific return policy when live.
Where do you ship?+
Worldwide, with the same regulatory caveats every maker faces — some units are export-restricted from certain regions. When checkout opens, unavailable regions will be flagged on the product page.
