The bipedal A2 is AgiBot's full-size, mass-produced humanoid, pitched primarily for front-of-house service — reception, marketing, exhibitions, and retail guidance — rather than heavy labor, which AgiBot routes to its wheeled G2 and heavy-duty A2 Max. It stands 169 cm, weighs 69 kg, carries 40-plus active degrees of freedom, and runs about two hours on a 700 Wh swappable battery. AgiBot became China's top humanoid shipper on 2025 volumes, produced its 15,000th robot in mid-2026, and the A2 completed a 106 km autonomous walk from Suzhou to Shanghai in late 2025; the platform carries Chinese, US, and EU certifications.

AgiBot (智元) emerged in 2023 and rapidly became one of China's most-funded — and highest-volume — humanoid startups, producing its 10,000th robot in early 2026 and its 20,000th that September. IDC ranked it the world's top humanoid shipper for the first half of 2026, with more than 8,600 units (about 35% of global shipments). In August 2026 it topped the medal table at Beijing's second World Humanoid Robot Games, taking 46 medals (18 gold) with its standard mass-produced robots rather than competition-tuned prototypes. In September 2026 it opened Europe's first humanoid mass-production line in Šabac, Serbia with Tier-1 supplier Minth Group — targeting up to 20,000 units a year — and, declaring a 'deployment' phase, put more than 300 robots into Chimelong's Spaceship Park and 100 of its compact X2 humanoids into retail stores as greeters. Its A2 and A3 platforms target industrial pilots and public-sector service work.
