MenteeBot is a vertically integrated humanoid — self-designed actuators, custom onboard compute, and a personalization-first AI stack — that learns from a specific user's demonstrations rather than a generic behavior dataset. The V3 generation has shown two robots completing an unedited, fully autonomous warehouse logistics run, and Mentee (acquired by Mobileye in early 2026) has said it is moving toward serial production of robots for logistics centers.

Founded in 2022 by Mobileye co-founder Amnon Shashua with professors Lior Wolf and Shai Shalev-Shwartz, Mentee Robotics builds vertically integrated, AI-first humanoids that learn from a specific user's demonstrations rather than a generic behavior dataset. In January 2026 it agreed to be acquired by Mobileye for about $900 million, becoming the centerpiece of Mobileye's move from automotive autonomy into physical AI.
