NEURA Robotics raises up to $1.4B in the largest humanoid round yet.

NEURA Robotics announced a Series C of up to $1.4 billion on June 10, 2026, which the company describes as the largest financing ever raised by a full-stack robotics company. The round vaults the Metzingen-based firm to a valuation of roughly $7 billion and makes it, by a wide margin, the most-funded humanoid developer in Europe. The investor list reads like a map of the physical-AI supply chain: NVIDIA and Qualcomm on compute, Amazon on cloud and AI infrastructure, plus Bosch, Schaeffler, imec.xpand, the European Investment Bank and stablecoin issuer Tether.

For buyers, the significance is less the headline number than what NEURA says it will do with it: scale toward serial production of 'multi-million' robots by 2030 and build out its network of NEURA Gyms, real-world training environments for cognitive robots. NEURA positions its 4NE-1 humanoid as full-stack — designing its own actuators, sensors and AI in-house — which is the same vertical-integration thesis that Figure, Tesla and Apptronik are pursuing. The company also points to an existing orderbook and deployment pipeline it says exceeds $1 billion.

The round is a statement about where humanoid capital is flowing in 2026. It confirms that Europe now has a credible contender against the U.S. and Chinese leaders, and that strategic corporates — not just venture funds — are writing the biggest checks. Bosch and Schaeffler bring automotive-grade manufacturing know-how; Amazon and NVIDIA bring the software and silicon. That mix mirrors the pattern set by Hyundai/Boston Dynamics and Mercedes/Apptronik, where an industrial anchor de-risks both the balance sheet and the first customer base.

The open question for prospective customers is delivery. A billion-dollar orderbook and a multi-million-unit target are ambitions, not shipments, and NEURA has yet to demonstrate the kind of fielded fleet hours that Agility or Boston Dynamics can point to. Still, a raise of this size buys years of runway and signals to the market that the physical-AI race is now being contested on three continents rather than two.
