ugo, Inc. (ugo株式会社) is a Tokyo-based robotics company founded in 2018 as Mira Robotics and renamed ugo in 2021, led by co-founder and CEO Ken Matsui. It built its business on Japanese-made 'business DX' service robots — the ugo mini inspection robot and the dual-arm, height-adjustable ugo Pro used for security, facility inspection, and multilingual reception — sold via robots-as-a-service and managed through the ugo Platform fleet system. In September 2026 it unveiled Nova, a domestically produced general-purpose semi-humanoid developed under Japan's national push for home-grown robots, backed by the NEDO agency and the AI Robot Association (AIRoA).
